Virtual outpatient mental health care and substance use disorder treatment allow you to access professional therapy and support through a secure online platform. Virtual therapy can be a good option for those who need consistent treatment but prefer to be in the privacy of their own home.
Programs and Schedule
To better serve our community, we offer two virtual treatment options: An outpatient program and an intensive outpatient version.
If our admissions team believes our outpatient program is best suited to your recovery, you’ll work with your therapist to determine your virtual session schedule.
If you’re better suited to our intensive outpatient program, you’ll have virtual sessions lasting three hours each day. In most cases, you’ll need to live in California to be eligible for our intensive outpatient program.
Sessions are typically conducted via video or phone calls. That said, some of our licensed therapists offer secure messaging and email services as well, helping you access care in ways you’re most comfortable with.
No matter how you connect, you’ll work with your Healthy U licensed therapist to work through challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve lasting recovery.
